Yeah, I just picked one up for $42.00 from
this store. It's excellent, at least for me. I got the "professional" unit (item is blue /with yellow background, buy it now for $44.00) Might be chinese, but it's paid for with the first use. It has an awesome display that defines the DTC in english.
I recommend the seller, very quick service and stands behind his items.

There are domestic ones that exceed $100 and needs to be hooked up to a computer with a subscription with the vendor, but I think that's a joke.
