Bigger.is Not Always Better...
I purchased my T100 simply because it was a "normal" size bike and not a "monster" bike.
I had my share of big bikes: a 6-cyl engine Honda Valkyrie , a Honda VTX 1800, HD Road King, Yamaha Road Star, etc. Those were nice bikes, but heavy, kind of cumbersome and did not impress me enough to keep them. Most smaller bikes generate more power to weight ratio, give better mileage, are easier to handle and to me, more fun to ride.
Triumph already has the Rocket and that is one HUGE bike. I guess they think there is a market for this one.
