I ended up taking my bike to OC Triumph anyway, because with the weekend weather forecast, I wanted to get it done quickly.
Overall, I was pretty happy. The only downside was that they didn't call me to let me know about excess charges.
They did, however, do a lot of work without charge, and the bike runs great. I'm really happy with it now.
So, hospitality: No. Good work: Yes.
I'll take that tradeoff.
