A cowl style seat like the TBS would cover that area on the back fender.

Don't quote me on lowering, but you could probably either go with a shorter rear shock, or swap out the lower suspension link with a shorter one (Legend may be shorter). As for the front you can slide the forks up through the trees a bit to drop it without really hurting the handling.
