I put on my new specialty spares TT pipes just a couple of weeks ago. They are loud, but not in my opinion obnoxiously so. They make the bike sound like a proper Triumph instead of just looking like one. Having said that, on the longer trips I find myself needing ear plugs! They do have a small amount of in-built baffling, so they are not just completely open pipes. The pipes are singe walled and they already starting to go golden at the first bend, but that does not bother me. The bike attracts many more admiring looks now! It is like having a new younger girlfriend in tow!
