I actually purchased mine over the phone/ internet from them, and although I arranged the shiping myself through a proffesional firm, I got the bike no problem.
Was quick and easy and fairly painless, they were very helpful on the phone and even helped me with a Interstate tax issue since Texas and Fla were reciprical states.
plus I got a smoking deal on a new bike
