I wanted a dyno tune but didn't want to spend all the dough for a dyno tune with Tuneboy. So I took a Tuneboy tune (20050_3) that had some timing changes already done and loaded it into my bike. I then hooked up a PCIII and had a custom fuel map made. I unhooked the PCIII then imported the PCIII custom dyno map into the Tuneboy tune that was loaded into the bike. I then reloaded the new tune into the bike. All with just a little over an hour on the dyno. With Maddog exhaust, no cat, and triple K&Ns I got 146hp and 148ftlbs torque with just the 20050_3 tune. After the PCIII dyno tune I got 152 hp and 155 ftlbs. Plus it was much smoother.

One thing that Tuneboy can do that nothing else can to make the bike go faster is remap timing. Triumph limited power in 1st thru 3rd gears by retarding the timing. Just by copying the 4th and 5th gear maps to 1st, 2nd and 3rd, in Tuneboy it makes a big difference.
Another thing the Tuneboy can do is remove the rpm and speed limiters. But if you want to go 170, forget it.
