I agree with the comments about changing fluid etc etc, its just a fault with the odd bike. A colleague of mine drives a Y reg sprint and no matter how much the brakes are bled, if the bike is left for a while the lever will pull all the way back to the bars. Mine being a non std tiger started doing similar and putting the extra fluid in cured it. Something dealers were unable to do to the sprint.
