With the stock shocks on my '07 T100 a hex key wrench works fine. Just find one that fits the hole in that silly adjuster thingy. I can't remember the size of the one I used.

When/if you buy a good set of aftermarket shocks, they should come with a tool that fits their own adjustment mechanism. Meanwhile, the hex key wrench is a decent no cost solution for the stockers.
