The OEM factory cans are very heavy - the total system is about 36lbs. The Sebring system is about 12lb, maybe lighter. The stock cans are steel with a mock carbon fibre fascia - Motad, I think were the OEM supplier - anyone? http://www.motad.co.uk/category.php?...a&manu=Triumph . That supplier you linked, should be able to advise you to the suitable rivet but the arguement over stainless or aluminium rivets is worth considering - SS because they form a more permanent join vs aluminium's ease of access for reasons kiwiG purports! Replacing the sleeves should be relatively easy, just match the relevant diameters and lengths and try to get the rivet holes lined up for drilling prior to riveting, if not pre drilled for the end caps. That can be an area of annoyance, messy holes and rivets and an ill fitting baffle - take care! Good luck!
