Do as you like the black bike no matter what is a 6 grand BITSA. It may have matching numbers but if you want a stock bike walk on by. To me worth about $2000 as a base for a restoration.
The 76/77 you post appears to be a clean well maintain bike. I note it has an oil cooler in addition to your comments. If those are the original K70's on the bike I would strongly suggest you replace them AND the tubes if you plan to really ride this bike. Note if this bike is a 76 check the spokes (especially the rear) as the are of a lighter gauge than the 77/78 spokes and do break. Price.... thats up to you. The most I ever paid for an OIF is $1500.
Now a question. I have read you comments on each bike and I cannot figure out if you are looking to buy one or both of these or if you own them and are trying to sell them?
