Check out the market first. I think 30K is a lot on a 1.5 year old bike.

I'd have the one from MN shipped to me (same price plus $400 shipping) before I bought the one with 30K miles. Course it would would also help if you knew someone in MN that could check it out for you before buying it.
Either that, or be a little more patient and wait for a cheap local one with less mileage to appear.
