Looks good and if it performs well, I'd say go for it. With clear title and all. I don't happen to think that the conical rear has better brakes, I think it's more cosmetic, but whatever floats yer boat. It has some of the upgrades which I would do. But you could use the lack of original monobloc carbs, no stock rear wheel, late primary cover and header clamps, shocks to beat him down a little on the price. But, it looks like a fair deal at 6K. Good rider.
But do me a favor....get the right front fender brackets....those C/TT brackets make the fender look goofy. Get the proper R type.
There are a LOT of bikes for sale with these fitted. Must have been a large batch made by mistake and everybody got a set on ebay.
