Speedo problems

Hello, My '05 T100 speedometer has read to fast since day one. I estimate aroung 10% fast. I put up with it so far, however not another problem has developed. Below 40 degrees F it starts an awful schreeching and the needle reads really fast and is unsteady. (lots of us have experienced this on old worn out mechanical speedos) What I'm looking for is a good speedo shop that can calibrate the unit and address the schreeching as well. Anybody have a similar problem and/or know a good shop?
