I have had a similar problem. Called more than twenty time. Sometimes just an instant busy signal, others, just ring and ring, plus two with recordings. Did final get someone. Seven emails and no response over three weeks.
When I did finally get someone, got a return auth number. They received the shipment on the 16th, two days ago, for an exchange. Waiting to see what happens. But will not do buiness with them again, regardless of price
