Mike Gebler, the chair of Island RATS has been "encouraging" Triumph to respond to all of our queries. The news is good, Jim Callahan of Triumph NA has responded that they are meeting with the factory to discuss RAT support/schedule/profile this month. Hopefully we'll hear the definitive word in Feb.
New Grand Hotel is booked July 12-13 for some bonspiel or something (curling????) so we are NOW looking at July 18-19. Personally, I'm booking my holidays for the weekend of July
18-19 in the expectation of the Nelson RAID happening then. We believe Triumph will come through, but local RATs are planning for Plan B. Be patient!!
Something good will happen one way or another.
