This isn't a recommendation, product review, or requirement; but I've found this tool effective at cleaning up issues on my Windows PCs and helping them run efficiently. It's free, but the developer takes donations.



Disclaimer: Removing Temporary Files and editing your Registry is serious business. One wrong move and your PC could be a DEAD BRICK. If you aren't comfortable with Windows Administration, engage a professional.
