Yes, dealer B is Pete's. I don't understand them. My riding buddy swears that they cater mainly to twenty-somethings looking for crotch rockets, only concerned with the monthly payments, and signing up for ridiculous dealer financing. He and I--experienced riders in our 50s, with cash to spend--were ignored and treated as if we were wasting their time when I was looking to buy a motorcycle, and they lost an almost certain sale.

I'll buy the occasional part or accessory there because they're close, but I prefer to not give them my business.

Other riders are happy with Pete's, and I'm glad for them.

I think that payment upon ordering is standard practice, and that doesn't bother me, I have to pay for it eventually anyway. What's more irritating is how many parts the dealers don't have in stock, including cheap no-brainers like cam cover gaskets and clutch cables.
