Maryland Dealers

I'll relate here about two Triumph dealers in the Central Maryland (Baltimore-Washington) area. I bought my Bonneville from the one that is about 50 miles from me (dealer A) because they treated me right, and I was mostly ignored or treated as stupid (which I'm not) by the other one (dealer B).

I'm in the market for new tires and sent both dealers a message, through their respective web sites, requesting a price for the tires and installation on loose wheels.

From dealer A, I received a prompt response, I wouldn't expect less.

From dealer B, I get no response, also just as expected.

And that sums up in a nutshell why I will drive over 50 miles to give dealer A my business.
