Mine is a T100C single carb, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the 100R uses different cams than the 100C, maybe plugs are different too. Check your workshop manual. I went with the plug MAP Cycles recommended in the catalogue. The NGK 8ES would be hotter or colder than the B7ES, not sure which way.
