To be honest money is not the biggest factor for me on this one. I'm planning on going on a magor ride in a year and a half (Hall brothers part duex; Part one is here http://bernie.jshall.net - I think it's still up...) and I really want something that's solid and reliable I've heard mixed about most of the ones on the list and thought I'd try to get an an overall feeling form the people here, as i know from being here so long we're all about riding, and most are long hauler's so...

I'm familiar with Garmin's setup as I bought my wife a Nuvi 350 for in the car. Seems ok, but I do agree some of the simple functions seem to be non-intuitive in their locations. (If only I were a programer I'd design my own...)
