I'm 6'1" and the Street fits me fine. As Diego says though, 6'7" is a fair bit taller that.
You might find the rear-sets on a Thruxton make it a bit more cramped than the position on a Street. If ride position is dictating your choice a Tiger 1050 might be an option, I found it too tall for my tastes but the 1050 motor is great.
