Well, you don't exactly have to be a midget to ride a Street. I'm 6'2" and do just fine.
However, your extra five inches of height could be a problem, as the difference in our heights is almost entirely leg length. The pegs are a little higher relative to seat height than I was expecting, and while I have adapted to it nicely with a 30" inseam, I have doubts that anyone with more than 32 inches would remain comfortable on it for long.
Don't mean to discourage you, but it would be very worthwhile trying to find one you could sit on and (hopefully) ride for a while before having to shell out money for one.
