Man you guys have got it bad out there. My Dealer is a true triumph dealer they sit out in the front row next to the door first thing you see and the suzukis are in the back behind them. The head mechanic is a Certified Triumph super wrench and comes out to discuss any problems which you have. I feel like in the little state of Delaware we have the best. Case in point I had a right side stock mirror on my 07 had a scratch on the chrome I didn't care because I wanted bar ends but they ordered a new one after they saw it before delivery. If you take your bike in for warranty they ask if you need anything else looked at because its a warranty call its free at that point. I had some grease melting off the jugs during the open house I rode up for the afternoon to hang out the service manager spotted the grease and took my bike in the shop and cleaned the engine for me at no cost. I would be upset if I had to take my bike into your dealers. I guess L&D Suzuki and Triumph really rocks.
