Emailed Norman Hyde last week since the baffles (mutes in the UK) supplied on my Toga pipes did not slide as they should into the end of the Togas on my 07 T100. I wanted to hear what the baffles sounded like since my new (last spring) Shoei TZ-R helmet was making the sound of the Togas resonate like a bass drum in my ears after an hour, even with properly inserted ear plugs. Norman quickly responded to my queries, and a fresh/proper set of baffles are on route from Norman to me in SE PA (USA).
