Sent for a 19 tooth front sprocket, after a
week no sign of it (I live in Northern England) rang him up and he told me there had been a postal strike in London, he said for me to give it a few more days and if it don't show, he would send me another one (well most people I deal with will not take responsibility for postal strikes)
Next day it turned up, I was glad to ring him and tell him it had arrived.
I like to treat people as I would like to be tret myself. Seems NH does too.
