With the issue of screens & buffeting there are so many variables that I believe that there is no "one size fits all" answer. The biggest variable is the rider, bet there are no two of us which fit the same profile, the solutions seem to be as varied as the people. Having said that that the Vario does seem to sort problems for mor of the conributers here than any other. It certainly works for me..... One of the things which few people seem to look at with the buffeting issue is their crash helmet. I have an old HJC which was solid as a rock on my old Yamaha but bounced my head all over the place on the Tigger. changed to a Caberg & the worst of the buffeting went away. Changed again to a Schuberth & the problem was less still (noisy though). stuck the Vario on the Tigger & lost all of the buffeting completely & most of the noise. One strange side effect is that the visor will snap shut at just over 40 MPH, kind of auto close feature that it would cost a fortune to develope.
All in all it's like a dicussion on tyres. you read all you can and then make your own mind up with what suits you best.
Happy testing to you all................
