Are Pictures Possible
I know it is hard to shoot sometimes but would it be possible to photgraph the problem you are having with your forks. I am curious to see what is going on.
If you can't get any satifaction from Triumph and have to replace the tubes call Forking by Frank in Evanston IN. 847-475-1003. Talk to Joyce. I just received a set I ordered last Thursday and they are VERY nice looking tubes. The set cost 245.00 plus shipping which works out to a 150.00 savings from what I would have paid Triumph. Don't worry I found something to spend it on already.
I am not sure I will put them on the bike. Maybe a set of lamps for the end tables in the livingroom.
The walls on Frank's tubes are .35 mm thicker than the stock tubes and require a small modification to the ring on the damping tube. If you have any questions let me know. If the rest of my parts show up tomorrow I know what I will be doing this weekend.
