Never buy a pig in a poke. If they had Street Triples in stock, I'd probably get one. As it is, pre-'08 Speed Triples will be coming down in price to the point that it makes no sence to get the Street. I'm going in today to put down money on the Speedy. We have very little support as customers with Triumph if the dealer is not good. It is hard to file legitimate complaints with their Customer Support system I have been told. In the only case I had trouble with a bike ('05 955i fuel pump) it was only because the dealer was an aggressive advocate of a good customer that things came together. Triumph rightly leaves it up to dealers to handle field problems, it's part of the job. It's not that the dealers are bad, they may just be jaded and lack initiative.
