Unfortunately I think CityRides assessment of my situation may be true. Either way I guess I must Remove the offending bolt to find out. The good news is That there is another mounting hole next to it where a second bolt was supposed to be. The unused hole looks like there should be some form of plug (I.E. my spinning "washer") in it's place. Perhaps the wisest plan may be to add the additional bolt in that place and not worry about the other until I can afford the new exhaust pipe (headers and silencers) I have been drooling over for about a year.
