I know that measurement number 1 (Fork Tube above the Triple Tree) on my bike was between 3 and 4 mm before I pushed the forks down to being flush with the top of the Triple Tree.
The other two measurements I can get for you, but someone might beat me to it. I injured my back this weekend moving a concrete slab at my mom's house. I'm having pretty bad muscle spasms in my back so I won't be in a position to work on the bike for a couple of days until the back pain subsides. I had an ultrasound and electronic etimulation treatment on it today, so hopefully it will be better in a day or two.
I still need to convert my bike back into street clothes so I can start the winter paint project. I also need to flush out the water wetter and put in some antifreeze for the winter months.
