If it has been doing that for a while, then three heat cycles won't work. Do you have a TuneBoy cable? You can read fault codes, etc. You can also reset the fuel idle trim and the throttle position sensor. I don't know why your bike is running very cool unless there is some kind of electronic fault that is causing both problems.
