Ride Height Measurements

After the crash, I took the whole bike apart to inspect for damage, vacuum out all the gravel, and so on. It is back together and running fine, but the ride height settings are all fouled up. If somebody could measure the following and let me know what you find, I would appreciate it very much. I need to get back to a good baseline to adjust from:

1. Fork tube showing above the triple- measure from top of triple to bottom of cap, not including the cap so I can keep the measurement consistent.

2. Front ride height from ground to top of triple, measured through the fairing. If you find a way to measure front ride height from ground to some other point, that's fine as long as you let me know what you measured to.

3. Same deal in the back. I would measure from ground to, uh, what's good to measure to back there? Maybe from the ground to the tip of the bodywork. That would probably be close enough to start with.

Measurements 2 and 3 probably need two people, since the bike would have to be level for it to work. Thanks in advance for your help in figuring it all out.
