Triumph Branded Napoleons are driving me crazy
I opted to pay extra $40 versus the regular Napoleons to avoid the required hacking and get the proper hardware to ensure a tight fit.
I installed the star washer that comes with the hardware to prevent antirotation but still they move around. I have tighten them as much as possible and I fear more will strip the thread on the aluminum bar. Any suggestions? Would an extra washer between the Allen head bolt and the bar end base help?
Triumph Napoleons only come with a star washer to install between the bar and the base of the Napoleon.
