Coments on the current poll
It's interesting to see that a clear majority of us, are both happy with our dealer's service, & the price they're charging for it. In fact with less than 10% of us voting in the lowest category. You'd have to conclude that Triumph's got their dealer network pretty well sorted.
It'd be interesting to see a comparison of the other bike brand's level of consumer satisfaction, with their dealer's service costs. I know that Ducati don't have too good a rep over here. & I've heard some horror stories about HD's & Buel's too. But it looks like Triumph are much closer to the Japanese standard of service. & all credit to them.
