I paid $95.00 installed by my dealer. They saved the bike once when it was dumped on grass this past spring. I figured it saved it from a few panel scratches as it dug into the grass. The R&G sliders I do like with the brace...that may be the better setup...but I didn't know at the time and went with the skykings...so far no problems.
