Probably dealer issues more than the triumph company. Mine had a scratch on the fender that they replaced before i took delivery. The mech who put the new fender on failed to tighten the caliper bolts (yes, you must remove a caliper on the speedy to remove fender due to brake line across fender for dual disc sys) and the caliper fell off the top bolt while riding. So yeah, i believe theres a QC problem, but with the dealers. I don't trust ANY dealer service, bike, car, none ! So when the bike arrives in a box you can imagine what mistakes are made during assembly/prep. I'd be surprised if less than 1/2 aren't in some way compromised during setup. And you gotta figure few employees are gonna go to their boss and tell them "i screwed up" when they know they can just let it go and no one will be the wiser.
