Update: well, their sales force isn't very good (read they still owe me 500 bucks) and their parts department isn't helpful. I went in today to get 40 pilot jets for my t100 and they couldn't even find the part number. They told me it's an emission rule - "no part numbers so you can't order jets and change the fueling"...riiight... of course 40 is the stock pilot jet. They guy wouldn't go ask service or anything. Just kept telling me he didn't know the part number and asked if I knew it. Wouldn't get off his chair and just screwed with the computer for 10 minutes before giving up.

SO...

Indy Triumph score so far:
Sales - bad
parts department - worthless
service - Seems okay, but I haven't had them actually do any work yet so the jury is out.
