I called customer service here in the USA to complain about a dealer taking 4 months for some minor repairs (a lot more to the story than this) and all I got was some idiot who said they "don't have control" over how their dealers run their businesses... There is a simple method of control I guess Triumph hasn't heard about... yank their dealership after #X complaints and a couple of visits by a "mystery shopper" to verify.
I love the bikes but unless customer service improves, my next bike will be a BMW. Triumph isn't the only fish in the sea. I've been treated better by used car salesmen.
