I called Atlanta when my coil failed on my Bonnie at only 700 miles and when I did get through all I got was that they had never heard of that problem before, the gentleman that I talked to was very nice but I just wanted to know if this was a common problem I don't want some corporate excuse.
In 95 when Triumph came back to the states I had better dealings with customer service because they really did listen to customers, now they don't.
