I realize that they're going after what they think the consumer wants, and that's how you sell product. I'm also not your average consumer. Where I work, every kid with a shaved head, fresh tattoos and a bad attitude rides a Hardley or Jap Clone. Let's hope this 'new direction' doesn't trickle down to all the Rocket models.

I like it, more and more. People can say Triumph is copying some HD styling cues here, but I'm interested in how the bike works. 10 gallon saddlebags will really hold a bunch of crap, narrower tires will lighten up the handling, and better suspension will smooth out the road.
I'm a Victory rider, and own an '02 TCD. Some people claimed that was a HD copy. But after 46,000 miles so far, I don't really care what others say. I love it, but am starting to get that itch to get something new, and this new Rocket may be just the ticket.
Besides, to me, having that big triple stuffed in the frame means it's not copying anyone.
