Armoral??
Don't use Armorall on anything, unless you want to use it forever. It's like "Heroin for Vinyl" Once you use it you must keep using it. It ruined a dash on my car years ago and since I won't touich the stuff.
As for keeping you rubbers fresh, well I'll leave that for someone with more experience to answer.
