lube yer rubbers!!!
ok ... im getting ready to put my beloved triple away soon , noticing my carb intake rubbers are getting cracked and dried out..i was thinking bout spraying some of that leather conditioner , (the stuff you put on your auto seats to keep from drying out ).. on the intake rubbers to ...well ... preserve them more ,seeing there already cracked , i will be replacing them in the spring..but when new ,ill bet it will by me a few more years with this lube trick...(doing the same with my boat exhaust bellows)....any thoughts ?? .......tom
