I have a pair of Pan Optix riding glasses, and they're amazing. I've worn them both under a full face helmet and with a skid lid. They're well padded so if you ride open face, your eyes are fine.
They'll adjust day for night, I've worn them while riding at noon and at midnight, and never had a visibility problem.
They're not cheap, and I bought them over the counter at a Harley store (because that's the only place they were in stock), but I can't rave enough about 'em.
