Depends on what market it was built for, but I believe most don't. Look at your valve cover; if it's got some busy stuff on the front it has it. If you disable I beleive you'll need to remap.

Engines do it naturally, it's nothing to get worried about.

I too enjoy the sound of an engine on deceleration. My 'tona cuts off the fuel when decelerating with the throttle closed. Fuel gets restored as the engine falls below 3,000 rpm; it's a joyous sound!
