Thanks Seumas, I plan to check over the hoses carefully.
I do believe that my thermostat is located in the hose near the radiator neck.
I don't think it has a thermostat housing as such. Is mine different to yours?
I flushed all the hydraulics when I first got the bike, the clutch was full of gunk.
