The local (as in 100 miles away) Honda dealer will put new tires on at 2 different rates - $15 per each on the bike $7 per each off. Prices include balancing. I've taken 3 bikes in for new tires in the last 6 months, all tires ordered from the Internet. Shopping around helps. The first dealership I contacted (Kawasucki) wanted $110 on the bike and $70 off.
