I thought I would agree with rustbucket and asked my local Triumph shop...what a joke.
They upcharged the tires I priced online at about 40% higher (I expected that). That did include valve stems and balancing I'm told.
Then they want a minimum of 3 hours labor to replace the tires at a whopping $89 per hour.
I was told a final price for Avon Storm AV55/56 to be about $600. I will not be using their service or shall I call it highway robbery.
I completely understand business so I found a local guy who I plan to price it through, he said he uses the normal book MSRP as the base, no additional labor needed whether I brought the bike or just the wheels.
