That depends on what is actually done, as well as shop labor rate.

By the book, my '02 Sprint is supposed to get all the following @12k or two years:

oil and filter
air filter
fuel filter
change fork oil (requiring removal of fork tubes)
lubricate steering head bearings (requiring further disassembly of triple tree)
brake fluid change
valve adjustment if necessary (requiring removal of camshafts)
change coolant
balance throttle bodies
rebuild both master cylinders with new seals
rebuild all three calipers with new seals
adjust chain
check for codes
check brake pads and brake light operation
check / adj clutch cable
reset adaptive stepper
adj tire pressure


@ 3 years, add:
lubricate rear suspension (requires disassembly IIRC)

@ 4 years, add:
replace all brake lines, fuel lines and evap emission hoses
