?? Im heaps happy with mine? Im just trying to work out its quirks and get her going good, it was pretty neglected when i got it. When did i say i wasnt happy with it?

SNIP

An inference on my part from a couple of your recent posts, one about difficulty getting the front wheel off the ground on the T509, one wondering if they are outdated and sufficiently supported by the aftermarket, and a couple of remarks about the possibility of trading up to a 1050.

Good to hear that you're just trying to get yours up to snuff again. The mods I've been happiest about doing on mine are putting on a high mount exhaust, getting it sorted with Tuneboy, and having the rear shock revalved and resprung for my weight. Upgrading from Bridgestone BT010s has also made a difference, and I'm a big fan of the Skyking sliders.

I'd REALLY like a Wilbers shock, custom built to maybe an inch longer than stock and adjustable for another half inch of length, but I am trying to keep the cost of my passion for motorcycles down at this point in my life...

I'd post pictures, BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THEM BIGGER THAN THE IMAGE ON A SMALL COIN! Anybody care to clue me in? DEcosse, for instance, seems to have no trouble in this area...
